Backpacking at Twilight Through the Needles District - Canyonlands National Park, Utah - January 2016
My brother Lee climbing in the Canyonlands during a 15 mile day / night hike through the Needles. We ended up doing some pretty sketchy scrambling through ice and snow, in the dark, to get out of this place.
Thankfully we found a few foot prints in the snow here and there, otherwise there is no hope for route finding in the dark / snow. 11 Hours later we were back to the Xterra.
I'd put this hike in my top 3, ever...
