"Sunset In Motion"
Many photographers leave as soon as the sun slips below the horizon.
My friend Walter E. Elliott always says "the best time to photograph is the hour after sunset". He is RIGHT!
This is a 90 second exposure, that's why the sky and water look painted.
During the time the shutter is open all motion gets recorded. So much fun!
